SABER is the online platform for the certificates required for consumer goods entering Saudi Arabia. Consignments not registered under SABER may be prevented from entering the market. We handle product registration, the Product Certificate of Conformity (PCOC) and the Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCOC).
The Saudi Food and Drug Authority oversees cosmetics, medicines and foods to confirm safety before they reach consumers. We prepare and submit cosmetic product registrations and coordinate the required laboratory testing.
GHAD is the electronic portal used by importers and manufacturers to register and renew product licences. Information registered in GHAD appears automatically in FASEH, which accelerates processing.
FASEH is the portal where importers raise certification requests to Conformity Bodies to obtain a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) before shipping. It is linked to GHAD, so the same account details are used to log in.
The IECEE / CB Scheme is an international certification system for electrical and electronic products. A product tested by an accredited laboratory receives a CB report that can be submitted to other national certification bodies.
SASO's Water Efficiency Label programme regulates the water consumption of sanitary products and flow-control devices entering Saudi Arabia. We assist with assessment, testing coordination and WEL registration.
The EER programme ensures electrical and energy-consuming products comply with SASO energy-performance requirements. Covered products need the Energy Efficiency Certificate and Label before import, sale or distribution.

KUCAS verifies that specified products conform to Kuwait's technical regulations. Each consignment requires a Technical Evaluation Report (TER) and Technical Inspection Report (TIR), and each shipment a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) for customs clearance.
Iraq's conformity programme covers all regulated items affecting consumers and the environment. Failure to comply can result in delay, cancellation, return of the shipment or a fine.
Managed by the Ministry of Trade and Industry and carried out by GOEIC, this programme requires regulated goods to be verified at origin before shipment to Egypt.
A Certificate of Conformity for Qatar confirms that imported products comply with applicable Qatar technical regulations and safety requirements before entering the local market.
SONCAP is the pre-shipment verification of conformity programme of the Standards Organisation of Nigeria, covering textiles, chemical goods, toys, footwear, electronics and mechanical goods.
